I cant use paypal any more, and i am unable to contact paypal customer service , what should i do ? its really important !
i tried to contact the support team but i was unable to do that .

any one can help please ?

If its a permanent limitation then you are no longer a customer of paypals so you can't always contact them.

All you can do is try using one of the options for your country in the link.
