My Paypal Account does not want to link my card

My Paypal account was limited and i was told they will inform me when my funds are eligible for withdrawals afterwhich they did. Now i am trying to link my card to withdraw my funds but paypal says i have an issue with my account and must go to resolution center which i went and had no disputes or issues. I dont know what to do. Please help

Think you have to withdraw to a bank account in your country and it may still be FNB only unless that has changed recently.

i tried linking to my FNB account they said i must go to resolution center to fix issues and i go there i cant find any disputes whatsoever... i am confused. its been more than 180 days

Well you said you were trying to link a card not a bank account?

i first tried to link my fnb account they said my paypal is not verified so i went to verify it they asked to link my card or bank US bank account but since i am in South Africa i selected the card option before it sent me to resolution center

ok then to verify you need to add and confirm a visa credit card.
