Have i just been Scammed?

I made a purchase, payment went through, seller says they haven't recieved payment? Even though i hot an email from seller saying "we've received your order"??? This has to be a scam. Help.

Pointless posting a query without saying what it says on your paypal account on the transaction in your paypal activity?
