I cant update beneficial owners because its greyed out. Account is limited

I received an email that "Your account is limited. Provide beneficial owner information to keep using your account",  I have tried over the last few weeks to enter this information  on the form and the continue button is greyed out and I cannot enter more info. I also called a few times over the last few weeks and they ensured me everything is fine my information was updated and I should ignore any warning. 

Does anyone have any advice?

Sorry to hear that you're not able to update the information in your PayPal account. I suggest you to try some troubleshooting steps like clearing your cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or using a different browser/device to see if this works.
