My account got limited and I can't withdraw my money

Hello, recently my account got limited and the reason was that i created this account 10 years ago, and at the time i wasnt 18 so now it got suspended for something i did 10 years ago, i'm 22 now btw

I have some funds left in the account and i can't withdraw it to my bank either transfer it to another account, the website keeps saying there's a problem with the account and i need to contact support, how can i do this, thanks!
