I just logged in to make a payment, and find a banner telling me my account is permanently limited.
For info I only ever, rarely, use this account for online purchases. I am 100% certain have done nothing to break the terms and conditions.
It goes wothout saying that getting hold of support is impossible.
Edit - even trying to post is a difficult experience.

Same thing happened to me. I applied for a PP credit card, I was approved for $4,000, it was printed, and mailed. And then after 20 years of being with PP without problems, they permanently ban me, without reason!
How is this legal? My whole life is tied to my PP account! Now I am cut off from everything in the world. And PP will give no reason why. This is not fair!

That's the worst part, no communication. I'm fortunate, unlike you, that I can live without them (and I'm sorry to hear of your predicament). But I would like to know what it is they think I've done.

My disability goes to my PP. So now I can't get my money, until I can find an alternate. I can't get a bank account, because a mistake that got me on CheckSystems, or whatever it is called. Walmart took a year to cash my check. By then, I had no money, and it bounced. It was a $30 check, that I paid a $300 fee for. 25 years ago. But still, no one will give me an account. So without PP, I can't get my disability. We are not the only ones this is happening to. Thank you for your kind words.
