I can't reply to a dispute, wrong redirect

Hi all,

I am beyond frustrated with the resolution center.

I had a problem with a transaction, I never received the refund so with my bank reversed the payment.

PayPal opened a case for me and it's pending my response.

Every time I try to respond, it asks me the reason, I select the radio box "I had a problem with a transaction" and it sends me to something UNRELATED, changing reason for a dispute. I don't want to change the reason! And I can't proceed further.
I tried on mobile, laptop, chrome, firefox, old view, new view - no way to make it work.

Anyone facing anything similar???

Welcome, thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some difficulty replying to a dispute. I can understand how concerning that must be. Normally, if you're unable to move a dispute forward or respond to it - and you've already tried different browsers, the app, and clearing your cache, cookies and history - it's best to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance with your dispute.
