Hello, I am trying to confirm my Card But I am getting error message "Your card was declined by the issuing bank. Please try a different card or contact your card issuer with questions."..
Please how do I fix this as Paypal have restricted my account and I can not add or remove my card.

If your account is limited then it may be you won't be able to add a card until the limitation is resolved.
However in your country you need to add a credit visa card.
Advice is voluntary.

Thank you for your contribution, I have a visa card as replacement but since there's a restriction.. How then do I add this New card.. Can PayPal kindly change the mode of verification to other documents so I can verify my account??
