I can not make requests or transactions and nobody can tell me why.

I can not make requests because I am being told my account is high risk, the agent in the chat window was not helpful at all. This is a new account with no transactions yet and they will not tell me why my account is a risk or what I can do to fix the issue.

no, not that i'm aware of.
This is the message I am getting.
"Sorry, we couldn't create your invoice. Please contact our customer service team for any queries."
The person in the chat window said sorry our security system says your a risk and there is nothing I can do.
The lady on the phone said it seems like a bug after a recent update and our developers will fix it.
This issue has still not been fixed!
The request money feature also will not work.

Hi @MattC99 and welcome,
It does seem strange that you are getting an error when creating an invoice if there are no open issues or limitations on your account. Are you maybe logging in from somewhere new or using a VPN? If so, I would recommend disabling the VPN and trying again. Also, if you have been advised a risk is showing, make sure you are using a secure network connection when trying to create the invoice. Sometimes a risk can be detected if you are using an open wifi network connection.

Check if you’re using a word not permitted in the note fields. Like the word, “service”.
