How can I contact Paypal? All options on the Help page are unavailable

I was banned less than 15 minutes after creating my account. I am a foreigner residing in Venezuela. I switched to business account through Squarespace and it just automatically banned me. Customer support agents are not available, the Messaging platform is not working, and there's no email or anything to contact. It is extremely frustrating to be told you're banned without any explanation. I'm sure it must be a random error but I can't get banned for life and not have anyone even respond to me!!
What should I do?
