Help with LOA request sole owner

Hi i have been trying to provide all the requested documents and have a problem with the LOA form
I am the owner and working alone so have nobody to authorize to act on my behalf with Paypal
How can i do this?
Do i just fill the form out and put my name and sign it?
Any help would be great thanks

I understand your concern about submitting LOA request in your PayPal account. For regulatory reasons, PayPal needs to confirm account holders information. So if your first and last name is listed as the current PayPal account owner, the LOA would need to be addressed from and signed by you.
