I tried to report them to get my money back (fell for the trap via facebook) but all I got was an email from the "company" to their customer service link which said they couldn't find my email address to any account that purchased an item from them. I see this is going to be a long day. If I can't find it, I'm going to report it as fraud via my bank. Because after reading all of these comments, it seems like the correct think to do.

From what I've read, we are S.O.L.
My case, too, was closed due to "the company provided tracking information which indicates the product was delivered."
Paypal provides this forum to appease our sense of justice, but really all we are doing is screaming into the void.
Note to self: NEVER buy directly from a link in social media, go to amazon (or other legit online vendor) & search for the product name there.
Lesson learned.

@Stephk1 No, Paypal told me I was S.O.L. However, my credit card company, Capital One, handled it & refunded me immediately.

I 100% agree. They are scammers and it seems like Paypal is making money "with" them, especially if they are aware of all the irregularities and they side with them allowing that they keep up with their fraudulent business. I used to trust Paypal, I no longer do. My last experience opened my eyes about doing business through Paypal. No more. Please, report these scammers.

i also was scammed by this company, i got tracking information until they stated delivered, they gave 3 different dates for delivery, none was true, opened a dispute with paypal, but because they gave a tracking number and said it was delivered, they retracted my refund. I am contacting my bank to see if they can do anything, did not look at reviews until after.

Hello @Dsp22,
Welcome to the PayPal Community!
I'm sorry to hear you received items that weren't what you ordered. If you haven't already, please do not hesitate to file a PayPal dispute following the instructions listed in this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller? I do want to inform you that when filing a Significantly Not as Described dispute case, you might be asked to return the item for a full refund.
I hope this helps and you receive a refund soon!
