I tried to report them to get my money back (fell for the trap via facebook) but all I got was an email from the "company" to their customer service link which said they couldn't find my email address to any account that purchased an item from them. I see this is going to be a long day. If I can't find it, I'm going to report it as fraud via my bank. Because after reading all of these comments, it seems like the correct think to do.

From what I've read, we are S.O.L.
My case, too, was closed due to "the company provided tracking information which indicates the product was delivered."
Paypal provides this forum to appease our sense of justice, but really all we are doing is screaming into the void.
Note to self: NEVER buy directly from a link in social media, go to amazon (or other legit online vendor) & search for the product name there.
Lesson learned.

Same for me! Total scam . PayPal have said I can have full refund if I provide full return tracking and delivery information….. back to China !!!! DHL is £44 so not worth returning. Also parcels to China go via USA it says you also have to pay 20/30 % of the item value in duty …. Unbelievable I am gutted I fell for this scam and can’t get my money back . I can only reply to PayPal with a return tracking number so I can’t continue my claim now . The bras are tiny , cheap and nasty and do not fit . Awful to be conned in this way … I’ve bought off Facebook before and been fine with the product…..so I am stuck now with no help and £23.99 out of pocket , the bras are such awful quality I can’t even resell them either

@Stephk1  No, Paypal told me I was S.O.L. However, my credit card company, Capital One, handled it & refunded me immediately.

I 100% agree. They are scammers and it seems like Paypal is making money "with" them, especially if they are aware of all the irregularities and they side with them allowing that they keep up with their fraudulent business. I used to trust Paypal, I no longer do. My last experience opened my eyes about doing business through Paypal. No more.  Please, report these scammers.

i also was scammed by this company, i got tracking information until they stated delivered, they gave 3 different dates for delivery, none was true, opened  a dispute with paypal, but because they gave a tracking number and said it was delivered, they retracted my refund. I am contacting my bank to see if they can do anything, did not look at reviews until after.

Need to put a warning out there so people don’t keep buying from this scam company. I ordered mine 12/14/23 for the holidays, when I saw they were charging me tax seemed fishy. I canceled right away 2 min after I ordered. They never canceled it just offered my tax money back. For a month I have been going back and forth with them to no avail. Received 2 items that are made horribly (unbreathable as someone commented) Jan 22nd over a month later. Still would not accept it back. Offered me $4 not sure how they came up with that number. There is an address on the package in the US. They sent me a message in big capital letters not to return the items there.

Hello @Dsp22

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear you received items that weren't what you ordered. If you haven't already, please do not hesitate to file a PayPal dispute following the instructions listed in this Help Center article: How do I open a dispute with a seller? I do want to inform you that when filing a Significantly Not as Described dispute case, you might be asked to return the item for a full refund.

I hope this helps and you receive a refund soon!
