Has anyone experienced this? What's wrong with my account?

I'm a seller and in my paypal account, everytime there's a claim or dispute, paypal automatically closes it without giving me a chance to defend my side.

Your best bet is to read up on seller protection so you can risk assess your sales.

In the event of an item not received dispute you would have to provide trackable proof of delivery.

For not as described you need to respond and then if you lose paypal normally require the buyer to return the item back to your first.

My problem is they dont give me a chance to respond. Everytime I get a new claim or dispute notification, it's closed already in favor to the buyer. And it's already 200 plus closed claims and disputes and still counting. 😭

Hello @mayalliroc

Welcome to the PayPal Community!

I'm sorry to hear your recent disputes have been automatically closed before you can respond to them. I suggest reaching out to Customer Support here to discuss your recent dispute history and account status. They would be able to determine what's happening and what you need to do to move forward.

I hope you're able to find out what happened and resolve it!
