Do I have to accept a sellers and Ebays dead line for returns? I got a computer from wallmart long ago that overheated and they only had a 15 day window. I just got a new industrial sewing machine form Ebay that fell apart but it has been 40 days now am I supposed to eat $350? We are getting robbed!

This is a Paypal forum. They have nothing to do with Ebay as they are a totally different company.
The only link is that ''some'' merchants offer Paypal as a payment method on their auctions etc.
They also have 2 completely separate buyer protection policies, so if you are talking about an Ebay item and Ebays buyer protection policy then I suggest you ask on the Ebay forums?
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
