I sold a few items to someone on a social media platform, was paid, sent the items out and requested verification that the item was received. Now, the buyer has filed a claim that the items were not received. The dispute has been resolved but was resolved in both our favors. The buyer is being refunded but not from me. I'm wondering if anyone else has had this come up and why this would happen.
