I can’t seem to get any help for a purchase I made on my PayPal credit for $77 and have not received my Hoka Ricon rainbow shoes!!! San Jose, CA to Sara [removed]! I have been unable to contact her and have not received an answer to my resolution request. This is clearly a scam! I am disappointed in PayPal’s lack of help to resolve this issue. I need help with a refund or legal advice on how to get my shoes or money back….
