Sorry in advance for any grammar errors, english is not my first language.
For context I'm from Europe and I have been using PayPal for years without any issues until now. I mostly use it for online shopping, Bandcamp (buying music and getting paid since I have a music project on Bandamp) and Discogs (Buying records and occasionally selling a couple of records). I also have some money on the account that I can't withdraw.
Apparently this was the reason: Based on the information we have today, it looks like there was information used to create this account that we cannot verify. But I never had any issues with that and paypal never informed me that my information is not correct or that they are not able to verify it. I also triple checked all my account information everything seems correct.
The biggest problem is I can't even contact anyone at Paypal to explain the situation. Whenever I try the chat bot he tells me that no support agents are available right now and I also tried the resolution center to create a ticket but whenever I try to create one I get an error screen: Sorry, something isn't right. Please try again later. I have no idea what to do at this point, any advice is welcome.
The last two transactions before my account got suspended were payments from Discogs after I sold two records. Maybe this had something to do with my suspension?

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.
They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.
