Hey,
So I'm using PayPal for my Depop account and after 1 sell I've got a massage from PayPal saying I need to verify my sell and until I do it my account is restricted.
I've done it and they lift my restriction but a day after Ive got an email saying my account is permanently restricted due to a violation of "Buyers Protection" even thought Im selling on a well known platform such is Depop and giving each customer a tracking number for his clothes. Ive couldn't find where I can appeal and where I can send them proofs (tracking numbers and receipts) and everything is legit.
Now some of my money is stuck in PayPal and I can't manage to transfer him to my bank account.

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.
If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.
Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try then contact customer services.
