Hey, So I'm using PayPal for my Depop account and after 1 sell I've got a massage from PayPal saying I need to verify my sell and until I do it my account is restricted. I've done it and they lift my restriction but a day after Ive got an email saying my account is permanently restricted due to a violation of "Buyers Protection" even thought Im selling on a well known platform such is Depop and giving each customer a tracking number for his clothes. Ive couldn't find where I can appeal and where I can send them proofs (tracking numbers and receipts) and everything is legit. Now some of my money is stuck in PayPal and I can't manage to transfer him to my bank account.
