Recently i created a business account and was just testing how sending invoices worked, so I attempted to send a test invoice to myself just to see what happens but then I received an error followed by a message saying that I needed to confirm my identity. Note that I am over 18.
So I chose to send my drivers license as my id but immediately afterwards it says that my account was permanently limited??
Following this I also received 3 emails:
- One email that thanked me for submitting my id and that it is going under review
- One saying "Based on the information we have today, it looks like there has been activity on this account that we cannot support."
- One saying "Based on the informatoin we have today, it looks like customers have been dissatisfied with activity from this business."
So now I'm just really confused and have no idea what I did wrong that lead to this outcome. Any help?

I am thinking you created a name of Business that everyone hated before
Call them or close the acct and restart
i doubt changing the existing name can help even though it can be done easily
or call them . that is what i do when perplexed . or nothing works as it should
the tech can pull magic for you
