Account blocked for no reason

Hello Community,
Our account has been blocked without giving a reason.
We had connected our ticket platform. This is a store system with which you can sell tickets for events. We are event organizers and sell our tickets through it. Immediately after the first transaction, our PayPal account was blocked without giving any reason. We were simply told that we had violated the terms of use.
Do you know what could be the reason for this? Many other organizers sell their tickets via our ticket tool without any problems.
After a complaint to PayPal, our account has now been unblocked. I have now made a payment myself with my private PayPal account to check whether it works now. I have now received an email: The money is being temporarily withheld as the transaction has been classified as risky.
I don't understand why I myself am classified as risky and what the reasons are for these blocks and warnings. Unfortunately, PayPal does not provide any information.
