Good afternoon. I sent money from the USA 500$ to my father in Ukraine. Due to the fact that my father is after surgery and requires rehabilitation, he really needs this money. When the money arrived his account was blocked asking for authorization. My father sent a photo of the first page of his passport where all the requirements are specified ..... First and last name, year of birth and expiration date of this document with its serial number. But he still got his account blocked. How can this problem be solved? There is a war in Ukraine now....there are very big problems with the light ......the light is turned on only for a couple of hours a day and my father has no possibility to be constantly online. Due to the fact that my father does not know the computer well, it is very difficult for him to formalize all this correctly from the Ukrainian side...... Help please. Or return me this payment that it would be possible to send it in another way because this amount for my family is very significant.
