I too have been sent a piece of tat instead of item ordered. Didn't even realise it was off this company. Put in case to PayPal and emailed Zeak. Have been offered 40% then 50% refund just declined through PayPal and sent Zeak a colourful email stating will not except and will return tat if they send a returns label which they say they can't do as it's too expensive??? But OK for me to waste my money!! Will see what PayPal say! Mine was not expensive but it's the principle now. Keep on at PayPal if its not what you ordered they should pay you back!

Finally got my money back from PayPal after 5 months! Despite proving this company and as scamming people, and PayPal closing down 3 cases, I refused to give up! PayPal after 5 months asked me to return the item and give them proof I had sent it... making out the company was the victim... Deleting PayPal after all this nonsense

Ho contattato il venditore tramite Paypal che mi propone il 40% di sconto. Ovviamente ho rifiutato e detto che se il rimborso non sarà totale, convertirò la pratica in reclamo ufficiale. Paypal dovrebbe stare più attenta a questa gente e impedire loro di avere un conto

I ordered two dumbbells for around € 40 and ended up with a skipping rope that is not even worth € 2

I contacted the seller via Paypal who offers me a 40% discount. Obviously I refused and said that if the refund is not total, I will convert into an official complaint. Paypal should be more careful of these people and prevent them from having an account

I find this company ad on facebook, i ordered a few piece of wall mounting cat climbing frames paid $89 USD in 04/08/2020 still today no product no refund. Contacted them many times, also asking paypal help to get my money back , thsn on 10/08/2020 i find the same cat climbing frames advertised on facebook but on half cost by a other company called eleenonline trade, i order more item paid $21 USD. Guess what? these are the same scammers under different name, after i contacted them they told me they posted the items and its arrived. Contacted australian post , those tracking number i was given they not even real. Very angry lost so much money and feel like pay pal also let me down.

Purchased an item 20th sept 2020 from website Jprluf.xyz also known as zeaqikstore. Paid €26.99usd. They sent me a tiny top for a cat or teddy instead. I asked them for a refund they refused unless I posted back tiny top at my cost and with proof and once they received it they would refund me. I refused. They offered me €10usd I refused and escalated it through paypal. After 2 phone calls and screenshots of top plus what I ordered PayPal refunded me the full amount. Thank you paypal. Dont let these scammers win.

I ordered a WIFI guitar transmitter and receiver $24.98 USD and after 2 months I received 4 toothbrushes. zeaqikstore were very hard to contact by email and I eventually claimed through PayPal and received a full refund. I will never deal with this shonky seller again, please stay alert as they will rebirth using another name. Scam, scam, scam.

Hi , yes they are a scam company, not sure why facebook let them advertise and sell items. I never received my order lost $89 USD so far pay pal not refunded my money either 😞
