I too have been sent a piece of tat instead of item ordered. Didn't even realise it was off this company. Put in case to PayPal and emailed Zeak. Have been offered 40% then 50% refund just declined through PayPal and sent Zeak a colourful email stating will not except and will return tat if they send a returns label which they say they can't do as it's too expensive??? But OK for me to waste my money!! Will see what PayPal say! Mine was not expensive but it's the principle now. Keep on at PayPal if its not what you ordered they should pay you back!
