I received 100% refund.

What is important is that you change your dispute to GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED. If you keep your dispute as GOODS NOT RECEIVED, paypal cannot do anything as technically you have received some goods.

PayPal will contact the seller and the seller will then ask for goods to be returned. That is their strategy. Remember, they will ask you to accept a % of what you paid at first. When PayPal contacts them and they ask for the goods to be returned, you can assume that the address they give is fake.

They sent me a chinese address which my post could not decipher obviously.

I told paypal of this and they just refunded me. If you have an address, all you need to do is prove to paypal that you sent it and they will cover the cost of postage also. Make sure you have a tracking number. 

These guys are **bleep**. Scamming **bleep** but you can beat them at their own game if you do it the right way. Hope this helps.

Got a Credit from Paypal after calling them and saying its a scam. My case against them was closed in their favour. Paypal now investigating them. Hope they get shut down.

Hi everyone I lodged a dispute then i called paypal today. They said i need to send the incorrect product back. They also said i could lodge a claim for return post costs. I did and within 3 hours i was granted a full refund. Just awaiting for refund on Postage so all sweet. I encourage people to call. Good luck everyone.

I want to say att paypal was helpful . I recieved full refund and returkostnad because I sen back the fel product . Thanks PayPal. Just follow the instructions and be patient.

paypal will change their mind in favour of the seller. I have spent hours on the phone with paypal for them to tell yes your right. Then get an email telling me they closed the case in favour of the seller.

FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BACK - THANK YOU PAYPAL! Originally my dispute was closed in favour of the scam company. I disputed the case and sent them a link to this forum, explained it all again and they have now refunded me in full 🙂

These people are getting away with scamming people..i recently got my case denied for not sending a report online to the internet crime complaint website they didnt even give me time and they are requesting me to send it to my paypal associated with the email i made the purchase through. I didnt use the account only the same email and they are wanting me to send it from the name i made the payment through. I cant not make two accounts with the same email!so where should i sent this information to. Is there anything that can be done..these people are getting away with scamming people and paypal isnt doing nothing about it!!!
