My update I received 100% refund. What is important is that you change your dispute to GOODS NOT AS DESCRIBED. If you keep your dispute as GOODS NOT RECEIVED, paypal cannot do anything as technically you have received some goods. PayPal will contact the seller and the seller will then ask for goods to be returned. That is their strategy. Remember, they will ask you to accept a % of what you paid at first. When PayPal contacts them and they ask for the goods to be returned, you can assume that the address they give is fake. They sent me a chinese address which my post could not decipher obviously. I told paypal of this and they just refunded me. If you have an address, all you need to do is prove to paypal that you sent it and they will cover the cost of postage also. Make sure you have a tracking number. These guys are **bleep**. Scamming **bleep** but you can beat them at their own game if you do it the right way. Hope this helps.
