what to do next ?

I order something from a website five days ago and I have only reeveiv ed a conformation email and they said I would receive an email with a tracking ID etc but I never got it and I am struggling to contact the the website. What do I do next?

You have up to 180 days to open a paypal dispute for non receipt of item so I think even starting to worry about it after only 5 days is way too soon.
