Need help: my account got banned

Hello, I got an email saying I got permanently banned because: "Because you've continually filed Buyer Protection cases which don't align with the intent of PayPal Buyer Protection..." Meanwhile, my account only has ONE case for such thing, everything else is normal payment. My balanced got locked for 180 days and I couldn't withdrawal my funds. Also I did not add any bank of card to that account so will I'm still able to get my fund?... Please give me advice...
