Activating PayPal #Express Checkout on #Shopify

I just opened a Shopify store and attempting to activate PayPal Express checkout, I had to change my PayPal account from PERSONAL to BUSINESS. Afeter that when I try to activate I have an issue that says "tell us more about your business". When I click next it displays a error message "something went wrong". I wrote to PayPal costumer support, they tried to help but they couldn't. So they tell me to reach out MERCHANT TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I write them and after some messages they tell me they're not abble to solve the issue, that the ones who can are COSTUMER SERVICE. They send me to one each other. What should I do?
