I can't login to the PayPal mobile app

Please help me out, I can't login to the PayPal mobile app. It keeps saying please check your information and try again. Please assist me. Thank you.

I am sorry to know that you are facing a problem while logging in to your PayPal account. I certainly understand how stressful this situation can be and I would like to offer guidance. I would suggest you to please try after 24-48 hours in a different browser after clearing cookies and caches from your system. There are sometimes technical glitches that block the attempt temporarily. If you are still facing an issue, I will suggest you give us a call. You can find the number to reach us by going to the PayPal website, scrolling to the bottom of the page and selecting Contact, then clicking the Call Us option.
