unknown device and card linked to my account

Hi,

When I check on my profile it only said I have 2 cards on my wallet. Then I requested for a Personal data File It shows that I have a 3rd card with the last 4 digit of xxxx-[Removed], which I do not own. I can also see that a I was logged in on another device named "SELENE" and now that should be fine cause I turned off that device. But I am concerned of is that someone has accessed to my account that I have no control of since I cannot remove the card. This is my new paypal account that I have created and I had a strong password on it. What else must I do to keep track of what's happening on my account and make sure I am the only one controlling it. I have attached pictures below regarding this encounter.

I'm sorry to hear about the unrecognized card and device linked to your PayPal account. If the card is showing on your account, you can remove it by following the steps listed in our Help Center. If you notice any other unauthorized activity, you can also file a dispute. To add an extra layer of security to your PayPal account, I recommend setting up 2-Step Verification. It may also be a good idea to reset your password and security questions because of the unknown device.
