Proof of address for business verification - rejected because of name

Paypal recently sent me an email requesting me for verify my identity and address for both my personal accounts. I had no issues with the personal verification but am having some troubles for the business verification, specifically, the proof of address.

I've submitted my bank statement (containing my personal name as requested), but was rejected with the reason "...document you provided shows the name of your business and not the person's name." - am I misunderstanding something? 

Please help!

I'm sorry to hear that the document was rejected. If it shows your name as it appears on your PayPal account, it sounds like the reviewer missed the information. Please contact Customer Service to let them know what happened, and they can rereview the document with your help.
