Paypal recently sent me an email requesting me for verify my identity and address for both my personal accounts. I had no issues with the personal verification but am having some troubles for the business verification, specifically, the proof of address. I've submitted my bank statement (containing my personal name as requested), but was rejected with the reason "...document you provided shows the name of your business and not the person's name." - am I misunderstanding something? Please help!
