I purchased a Levi shirt several weeks ago which did not turn up. i won the PayPal dispute but the seller is ringing me and texting me asking me to retract the bad feedback i gave him, he was saying i would not win the dispute, and to cancel the feedback i wrote. where did he get my mobile phone number.
He could get your mobile phone number from transaction details.
If you win the dispute there is no way back, case is closed.
Well, the best practice could be really retract the bad feedback you gave him, but ONLY in case you have received the refund back to you in full already.
Or change to neutral.
I usually used to change to positive but note about refund in details.
the site was eBay. i will not retract my feedback as the guy was pestering me with phone calls and text messages which i have blocked. he said i was ruining his business,i said why did he not refund me i had to wait over two weeks for the PayPal dispute. in my favour.
