Text message with security code not sent to my phone??

Tried creating a paypal account but am not recieving the message with the activation code

Is the phone registered in your name and linked and confirmed on your paypal account or are you using the app?

If the code does not come through then I would suggest that you first check with your phone supplier and see if they are blocking that sort of SMS text message.
