scammed by Viator

I booked the bus tour in NY via Viator.

When I went to redeem the ticket as per the directions there was no one to help and when I called the support for Viator after I got home they could only correspond via Emails and no support was given.

Paypal denied by dispute.

I will not buy from Viator ever or tripadvisor they are the same company. Look up Viator on BBB has the worst ratings.

I am also going to close my paypal account.

Click on settings next to log out and the close account option is on the left side of that page.

Make sure you remove anything linked to the account first and close any subscriptions.
