I booked the bus tour in NY via Viator. When I went to redeem the ticket as per the directions there was no one to help and when I called the support for Viator after I got home they could only correspond via Emails and no support was given. Paypal denied by dispute. I will not buy from Viator ever or tripadvisor they are the same company. Look up Viator on BBB has the worst ratings. I am also going to close my paypal account.

Paypal is not toing to side with customers they are more merchant side. My dispute was denied even after I mentioned I was scammed. I am planning to not use pay pal anymore.

I ordered ear buds thew were supposed to be water proof... After about 1 month wait and creating a dispute they finally sent me a the package. The package was poorly packed and something that was a fake item. Nothing that was advertised. The email of the Seller : <removed>

yes I ordered a ear bud via https://www.leftovern.site/ and the merchant is newtron trade , online newtron. What I received after about 30 days is just one ear bud and something very cheap nothing that I ordered. I was told by the Paypal to all report thsi to https://www.ic3.gov/complaint/default.aspx/
