refunded after resolution but refunded wrong amount case now closed can't get answer

I have been given a refund for a order I never recd after going to resolution centre but the refund is less than a quarter of the amount I paid for order. I've tried for a couple of hours to get in contact with someone at PayPal but all leads lead to no where and res centre says case is now closed

I appreciate this must be concerning. It sounds like you did not have the case opened for the full transaction amount.
