I do understand your concern about your funds. If there's' any payment sent to your account, you will always be notified via email with the details of the payment and the same will reflect in the activity page of your account. If this is about a refund from the seller, the money will go back to the original funding source. If you paid with a card, the funds will be reversed to the same credit or debit card. If the payment was originally funded from your bank account, the money will initially go back to the balance before being auto swept back to the original funding source (bank). If you paid with your PayPal balance, your refund is credited to your PayPal balance.
When buyers pay with PayPal on any website, PayPal Buyer Protection covers them in case there is a problem. If an item doesn’t arrive or is significantly not as described, we will help buyers get a full refund. If you're expecting a refund for not receiving the services, please dispute the payment in the resolution center to get your money back.
