hi apple sent me a link for 3 months free music for free so i signed up using payola for the funding that would be used after 3 months but on checking PayPal i noticed Paypal had sent the £9.99 to apple services.
now soon has i seen that on same day i cancelled and contacted apple over this i was told to dispute the case and i would get my refund back to my account well the dispute closed i appealed sending messages from apple to state they cancelled etc and refund should be back with customer,ive again contacted apple and they have said

PayPal initiated a refund on your behalf and Apple has released the payment immediately back to them to honor that request. Now, PayPal has their own set of terms and conditions, which you have agreed to when you requested to dispute the charge. Apple cannot interfere or enforce an agreement set forth by them and agreed by you in order to proceed with your request
now ive not got no apple service for the £9.99 and PayPal has kept my money becuase apple has said the refund went back to PayPal so why haven't i got my money back into my bank
