paypal closed case in favour of seller who has my money and the item

Hello, i opened a case with paypal on August 22nd for some jeans which were incorrectly advertised as the wrong size, i was told to send them back and then i would receive the refund. I sent the jeans back and the seller has received them as she has relisted them on her depop but the tracking number i provided was said to be incorrect and so the case was closed without a refund. Now the seller has my money, the jeans and i paid to send them back and she won’t respond to me about sending me my money back and i’m really not sure what to do, thank you

Does the tracking status say “delivered”? If not, just do a chargeback with your bank/credit card.

i threw the receipt away after putting the number in so i can’t check the delivery status but i’m 100% sure she has them, i’ll try the bank thing though thank you
