hello, I have been wrongly cased and I am a seller. I sold my service online and someone just refunded the money with minimum amount of proof just calling me a fraud and a scammer. I have backed up my fact with lines and lines of proof and screenshots proving that he was wrong. but days later just turns out that have been taken out more than the starter amount of £150 to now over £180. and i have tried looking through the cases and they have done nothing to add it and have took way more fees than needed (£30 more). I'm hoping this can be solved and i can get my full refund back even with the fees of 0. the date was around 5th of July to 7th July taking the money at 4:49
