link to confirm identity is not working

When trying to click the link to confirm my identity in the resolution center, it takes me to a new page that says "something is not right" and "page not found" how can i resolve this?

- Ensure you're not accessing the account from a VPN or Hosting IP. 
- Clear your cache and cookies. 
- Try a different browser, device, or computer. 
- Reattempt from a secure internet network from a location more consistent with previous activity with the account. 
- Avoid logging in when traveling to a different country.
