dispute went seller's way when the contract was for a month and I filed it on 16th day.

I paid a company for their sales services(web development) and deal I made was to get 3 confirm projects in a month.

After 15 days, They deleted the slack channel, no replies, of course didn't get any projects.

Still dispute went in seller's way and I can't even appeal.

Any idea what's happening here?

You have buyer protection for non receipt of item or service but for a service you don't have protection for 'not as described'.

Sorry about the negative experience you've had. 

The option to appeal your claim may be gone as that option is only available for ten days after the decision is made.

You may need to look into alternative dispute options or you can contact us by selecting "Contact," at the bottom of any PayPal page.
