Hello @MagnificentDonu and @006marwin,   It's definitely important for you to receive any payments sent to you.   It sounds like you're dealing with unclaimed payments. Payments can be unclaimed for a few reasons but the most common reasons are: Your email address hasn't been confirmed. The email address was entered incorrectly by the sender.  The linked article above will list additional reasons payments go unclaimed.    You may want to check to ensure you have a confirmed email address. I also recommend reaching out to the sender of the payment and having them check the details of the payment.    Unclaimed payments will be reversed and cancelled once the payment has been in an unclaimed status for 30 days.    I hope this helps!   -Megan S.       ... Hi @Wkn4aliving!   If your primary payment method is a bank account, not every transaction is eligible to use a bank account as a funding source. When a bank account is used, PayPal fronts the funds to the seller (to complete the payment instantly) and waits for your bank to process the money to us on the back end. Some examples as to why it would not be eligible, is if the payment is unusual/higher than your average transaction amount, or if a bank payment has been denied with previous orders. Hello @Rachelmc81,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   It's great that you love using our Pay in 3 option and I'm sorry for the difficulty you're having.   Pay in 3 / Pay in 4 is not available for certain merchants and goods. If you choose Pay in 3 as your payment method when you check out with PayPal, you will be taken through the application process and an automated decision will be made using our internal checks. Previous approval for Pay in 3 does not guarantee approval for future transactions. If Pay in 3 is not a given option at checkout then the payment is  not eligible for Pay in 3 at that time.  You can continue to checkout with PayPal as usual and will see Pay in 3 as a payment method when it is next available.   I hope that helps!   -Megan S. ... Hey there @JoyeCaley,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   I can certainly see why this would be a concerning thing to receive and I'm sorry this happened.    Do you remember if you ever opened a PayPal Credit line of credit when you signed up with us? If so, you may want to search your email for anything we may have sent you about your PayPal Credit account.    If you had an outstanding balance on your PayPal Credit account, it is possible it would have been sent to an outside collection agency after a certain period of time. Since PayPal Credit is operated by Synchrony Bank, you will need to reach out to them for assistance with any PayPal Credit inquiries. You may also need to reach out to the collections agency directly for more details.   Our PayPal Customer Support would be unable to access information on issues related to PayPal Credit, but they would be able to determine whether you ever had an active PayPal Credit line on your account.
