Hello @ASHRAF7575,   Welcome to the Community!   I apologize for the frustration you're dealing with.    Please be sure that the country selected on the PayPal website is set to Canada. You can change this by clicking the flag button at the bottom of any PayPal page. Hello @mjcdesignmuseum,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   I definitely understand your frustration.   You can view your payment history by going to the Activity section of your PayPal account. There is a search bar feature that allows you to enter the name, email, or phone  number of the contact you're trying to view.
