Hello @mjcdesignmuseum,   Welcome to the PayPal Community!   I definitely understand your frustration.   You can view your payment history by going to the Activity section of your PayPal account. There is a search bar feature that allows you to enter the name, email, or phone  number of the contact you're trying to view.
