@PayPal_Megan Yes but my question is can I apply for the merchant fees. How do paypal know I'm a merchant? I know a while ago I had to apply for the merchant fee but I cant find that back..

Hey @Faybonacci, 

We have changed the fees that we had to more general fees. The 'Merchant fee' that you mention is no longer an supported, sorry. The merchant fee you refer too, was updated automatically every 30 days. We would check the incoming payments and adjust the fees accordingly. Please review the new fees link at the bottom of each  page. Here you can see all the fees that are applicable at the moment.
