How to change current PayPal to a NGO PayPal account

I have registered a business Paypal account for my NGO, I would like to change it to a NGO account to save on Paypal transaction fees. How do I do this thank you?

To set up a nonprofit account with PayPal, you need to confirm your Charity account.
