i all. I have opened a paypal account for my registered NGO Protect Paradise Seychelles, for wildlife rescue and rehabillitation. I received a donation on the 10 November from another rescue centre in usa, the donation. The funds cleared on the 1 December and the automatic withdrawel to my linked and verified debit card was denied on multiple occassions. So yesterday I tried to move a small amount of the funds to my personal paypal account which is functioning properly. My debit card linked to my personal paypal account was debited and the available funds in the paypal balance remained the same, so I just charged and paid myself. Now I am told that because I live in Seychelles some of the services will not work. Firstly when I opened the account I gave my address as seychelles and linked and verified my debit card which is with a seychelles bank, so why then was my paypal account opened if I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS ANY FUNDS SENT. Please help me I am unable to send the funds paypal to paypal, I am unable to send the funds to my bank account and I am unable to use the funds to purchase online, so the funds is just stuck in the account with no way to access.
