Will PayPal refund my money if I got blackmailed?

I got blackamailed and I was forced to send money and some of it I send through paypal is there any chance I can get it back if I am able to send screenshots of the blackmail? Will paypal help?

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item received but not as described.

You can only use those options if you paid via goods/services.

If you paid via the friends/family option then you have very few choices but post back if you did pay that way.
