What's the right steps to dispute a wrong item? (wrong model)
First I pick "I received an item or service that was different or not as described", then I pick the next option of "I received a different item". Now it's giving me a 3rd question of "What was different about the item?" with the following choices to pick from
1. Size
2. Color
3. Material
4. Style or pattern
5. Specifications in the item
6. Ingredients
7. Low quality
Which is the correct option? I brought a backlight replacement to fix a TV, but they sent the wrong item/model. They sent a backlight, but it's the wrong model which will not work with my TV.
Also can someone please explain the "Add a link to the product page" and "Expected refund amount". Do I type in the total amount including shipping in that box? How do I include pictures as proof.
